Thus, we are pleased to let you know that the following USCIS forms are all being updated, and solely the updated editions will be accepted starting April 19th, 2021. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions. The current edition date for all updated forms will be 3/10/21.
The updated forms are:
- I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
- I-864A Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member
- I-485A Supplement A to Form I-485, Adjustment of Status Under Section 245(i)
- I-539 and I-539A Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status
- I-485 Supplement J Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer or Request for Job Portability Under INA Section 204(j)
- I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA
- I-864EZ Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act
