Client Update: COVID-19

Dear Clients,

Our office door will remain closed for the protection of you, our staff, and our community during the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. The team at Smith Knudson is still hard at work on your case and we are still accepting new clients. We are currently working primarily from our homes, as recommended by the Center for Disease Control and Governor Polis.

Please note the following:

• Our hours will remain 8:30am to 5:30pm, and we will be available by phone or email during that time. To contact our office, please call. It is possible you may reach our 24-hour backup answering service even during office hours, which does not have specific information on your case. Please leave a message and our team will call you back as soon as possible.
• You may reach us by email. Please email the paralegal or attorney assigned to your case, or our general email at info@kenapeterson.com. If you have billing questions, you may email us at billing@kenapeterson.com.
• Our attorneys and paralegals are available to meet via telephone, Skype, Zoom conference, or other videoconferencing options. Please call or email to set an appointment.
• If you want to bring us documents, please do one of the following:
  • Slide the documents under the door. Make sure they are all the way under the door, so they are securely locked behind the door. We will collect documents provided to us in this way at least once per weekday. If they don’t fit under the door, please mail or scan per options b or c below.
